Lac Duy & Associates is delighted to announce that Mr. Le Nguyen Huy Thuy has officially joined us as a Partner, effective from 1st July 2023.
Mr. Le Nguyen Huy Thuy has 25 years of legal experience in Vietnam, with major experience in property & construction, mergers & acquisitions, corporate & commercial and inward investment.
Before joining Lac Duy & Associates, Mr. Thuy was one of the founding partners of Indochine Counsel since 2006. He previously worked for 4 years as the legal manager for Vision & Associates at the Ho Chi Minh City Branch Office. He also worked as an associate for Le Nguyen Law Firm.
He has written for Asian Legal Business, Vietnam News, Vietnam Investment Review, the Law Firm Network (LFN), being the local contributor for “Doing Business Project – Vietnam” a World Bank publication since 2006 and one of the contributors for the “Corporate Governance ROSC Assessment for Vietnam”.
